Invited to customize a Mickey to be showcased at the upcoming Singapore Toy and Comics Convention (STGCC 2011) as part of Play Imaginative’s (of Trexis fame) new vinyl toys collaboration with Disney.

Decided to go with a chinese porcelain motif around a dragon character. Had to prime the piece first before using fine paint markers to detail it out. Quite a challenge to get round the grooves, nooks and crannies. Well worth it though.

very interesting live doodling event. the premise of the launch was to promote the tranquility and quality time driving the 508 affords you. so the idea behind the live doodling was to get participants to doodle their frustrations and i had to convert these doodles of things they dislike into things people will find appealing. click here for photos of the live doodling session. below is a short video i edited of the event.
